By creating an account or using SaganAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use SaganAI.

SaganAI provides AI-generated financial strategy based on the information you share — not licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify significant decisions with a licensed professional.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for the content of the financial information and messages you submit to the platform.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, access to paid-plan features may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to circumvent usage or credit limits
• Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform
• Unauthorized automation or bot access to the service
• Attempting to probe, exploit, or bypass security controls
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose

SaganAI and its branding are our property. You retain ownership of the financial information you provide; you grant us a license to process it in order to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaganAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for delays or failures in the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers we depend on (such as our hosting, database, AI, or payment providers).

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating SaganAI, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed informally by contacting us at contact@saganaitech.com.
